Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Most items are made to order, and production time varies between 3-14 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated during checkout. Time in transit will vary depending on your location, and you will receive an email once your order is shipped. All international customers are responsible for any custom/VAT fees that occur when the product arrives to your country

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. Returns must be approved by Daily Brine Ltd. All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the items. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at {email} with details of the product and the defect along with photos of the item(s) and include your name, order number and email address. We will review and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if your return is accepted as a result of the defect. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected, and approved your return. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Under no circumstances will shipping and handling charges be refunded. Additionally, any return shipping must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
